Just dropped off the Stang and got a white ford focus.
I also posted a pic of the Stang before she goes under the knife
I was so close to getting a brand new 2015 mustang, but I'm not 25...dumb.
This focus isn't horrible! I just chirped the tires in first gear by just mashing the pedal after stopping on a hill. It surprised me.

What's the Stang going in for?

Not bad. The dual-clutch automatic can be a bit shaky and weird, but you'll get used to it. Good luck with your Mustang and enjoy the Focus.

about 2 months ago I hit a raccoon on a country back road heading to Innsbrook. It is a dark road with no shoulder and it ran across the road at the last second and BOOM! Raccoon go bye bye and Michael starts fuming smoke from my ears... The raccoon cracked my front bumper and lower grille. The splitter was hanging down (so I took it off) and the under engine plastic shield was cracked. All in all $1400 in repairs from a damn stupid raccoon. It happened two months ago and ford finally got the bumper in after a 2 month backorder

My brother has a '14 Focus SE manual. I actually quite like it.

I drove one for a week exactly like that one. Expect the trans to shift funny. They all do that. It's just how Small engines and double clutch gear boxes work.

insurance. Don't have that kinda cash just laying around...I think it should be back within the week. It takes 3-5 days for the adjuster to visit the ford dealer then 2 days for the work.
How's the subie? How long til the tranny is done?

Well hopefully you get it back soon. Until then, hoon the tires off that Focus haha
I literally have no idea how the Subie is. Kinda scary. I dropped it off last Wednesday and the shop said they wouldn't have time to touch it until this week. I hope they started work today, but who knows!

good luck and keep me posted! Haha I've already chirped the tires a few times and turned traction control off for some fun. I must be that guy rental companies hate!

hehe, I meant the part about chirping the tires. A Focus having its tires "chirped" is the best you can hope for (your mustang is suited for burnouts). That alternator in your rental is almost dead now. :P

hey if it dies, maybe I'll get something better?
I'll just hoon the next rental I get too!

But how would you explain to the rental people of the alternator dying all of a sudden?

I would just start screaming jibberish like I had just done a crazy amount of meth and they wouldn't ask anymore questions at that point.
